If I want to Buy or Lease a property, how would Spaciya help ?

Spaciya, only advises on RTM Assets so that investor interests are protected. We understand your requirement, your business and present you properties which we feel would be most suitable for business. We guide you through the entire transaction process and take over.

What kind of properties you deal in ?

We specialise in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). So, any kind of property that has commercial authorisation falls under our portfolio that ranges from office spaces, retail spaces, ware houses, factories, Industrial Land / Sheds etc.

How does spaciya commission system work?

Spaciya charges its clients a minimum commision equivalent to one month rental in case of lease rental or 1% of deal value in case of buy or sell for transactional services. Any other services are rendered based on additional charges and as pre-decided with the clients.

How does the enquiries processed at Spaciya ?

Once you process your requirement on, our Relationship Manager approaches you to understand your requirement. Spaciya has a very diverse stock of assets and this enables us to befit the right property at the right price. Our team prepares the product presentations and physical survey and once shortlisted, it is offered for negotiation and transaction.

Will Spaciya service taxation and legal requirements ?

Spaciya can service these requirements prima facie. However, requirements of more complex nature will be services by external consultants.

What else do I need to know?

Spaciya is one point contact for clients. We solve all issues related to property. Extending complete assistance , we do everything right from due dilligence to move in support.
